The company has its own vineyards on the north side of Etna with an extension of about 15 hectares. Their characteristic is the organic cultivation of the vineyards. The vines are distributed in three different areas with different soils and altitudes. The area is between Passopisciaro and Randazzo not far from Taormina. The harvest takes place in October and the grapes from the different areas are treated separately. The wines produced are:

Feudo di Mezzo red wine from Nerello Mascalese grapes coming from the feudo di mezzo district
