The route develops entirely on the Catania side of the mountains above Taormina. These areas are full of road routes rarely used but very interesting for those who love trekking or hiking.

The route in question starts from under Mount Venera. The first part is downhill along the side of the mountain. Here the view is on the other side mountains.

After 2 kilometers, turn left towards Acqualorto.

From here the panorama goes as far as Etna. Another kilometer and the view will be all over the sea and Giardini-Naxos and then hiding near the arrival.

Along the way you will see many vines from which an excellent wine is produced.

And again you will find mulberry and pear trees that you can harvest in peace.

On the way back almost near the arrival there is the house where Lady Trevelyan was buried, the one who built the municipal villa of Taormina as well as the house on Isola Bella.
